provides consulting services to ISPs and small- to medium-sized businesses, helping them
to design, build, and manage their Internet access. We specialize in providing realtime monitoring and performance appraisals to ISPs interested in assuring that their network, servers, and modems are performing at their best.
In this era when so many networks are claiming, and so many customers are demanding, 99.999% reliability and high QoS (Quality of Service), don't you owe it to your Network/ISP that those numbers are actually being met. Would you even know if they are being achieved? By monitoring your network from an outside perspective we can identify problems you might otherwise not be aware of.
We perform the basic ping testing, but go much further by verifying that servers actually answer for the services they are expected to be running. We also go more in-depth by performing a number of snmp querries to verify uptime and that all critical operating parameters are within tolerance. Should your servers, hosts, routers, or dial-accesss servers lose power or reset, you will be immediatley notified through our email/paging services.
ISP's often never know until it's too late that a T-span or PRI has gone bad or has been accidentally misconfigured by telco. Not until your customers begin calling in and complaining of dropped calls, modems that fail to answer, or won't sync-up at greater than 33.6kbps, will you know that a problem exists. We offer a service where we collect performance data from your modem pool every 15 minutes and identify failing or misconfigured lines/modems for you in a daily report.
Optionally we can perform periodic security scans on your hosts. This verifies that hackers/crackers aren't going to find any open ports on your systems that you aren't aware of. You'll sleep easy knowing that your hosts have a clean bill of health.
